I will use this information to curate a dietary plan that is unique and fitting in your lifestyle.
60 minutes
Follow-ups will be used to discuss barriers, questions, brainstorm solutions, review your current goals, and add additional goals as necessary.
30 minutes
I want you to understand what your bloodwork means and what you should be looking for. This option will provide you with a full breakdown of your bloodwork that you should always get back whether everything is in 'normal' range or not. Optimal range is ideal and I'm here to help you to get there!
